"It was clean, we had a good stay and the front desk in the am is really nice, though the audit is in opposite. I requested a extra pillow and he said housekeeping left we have to go down, we did but he gave us 1 pillow that was used and has a blood. Though he gave us 1pilow case for us to change. Not fair to give a low score just because of the auditor being lazy and not happy."

"Nice hotel overall, but the service did not match the experience. The staff came across as unfriendly unless concerns were raised directly, otherwise, issues seemed to go unaddressed. At the bar, Mitch appeared to be having a difficult day, handling items roughly and creating an uncomfortable atmosphere for guests at the bar. When this was brought to a manager’s attention, the response was dismissive, and there was no follow-up to ensure the situation improved. Hospitality should prioritize guest experience and professionalism, and unfortunately, that was lacking during this visit."
