You are completely alone. The property (7000m2) is located between Apt and Villars in the middle of the agricultural zone. It is a child friendly, spacious and generously furnished house. If you want to rent the Cabanon (2-4 persons), please contact me. The country house has on the 1st floor four bedrooms with two beds each, 1 living room with fireplace, in the tower the living room and a large veranda with glass doors, in case the Mistral blows. The kitchen is equipped for 10 persons (cooker with oven, 2 refrigerators). The house has in the 1\. Floor a sep. WC, a bathroom with toilet, shower and bath, another toilet and shower. In the salon is a large TV screen with a DVD player. If you bring your own laptop, you can watch all the TV programs via the Internet connection. On the ground floor is another room with a double bed and two emergency beds. You can also retreat to the room of silence there. The house has its own telephone connection, a washing machine, a boiler for the warm water and a central heating with oil. There are also garden furniture and sun loungers. In front of the house is the Aussencheminée for grilling. A large garden with old trees, the children's pool with fountain and a pergola invite you to linger and play, as well as a sandbox for the children and a ping-pong table. The basin (15m Ø and 2m deep) is fed by a spring. Therefore, there is no need for chemical water treatment. They bathe like in a small lake: "nature pure". In addition, there is a swimming pool (7m Ø and 1.2m deep). In front of the villa is a low basin with a fountain, ideal for toddlers. In the immediate vicinity (1km) is the Plan d'Eau, where your children can surf and learn to sail. At the same distance there is a riding stable where you can rent horses and ponies for the ride. La Buissonne is 5 km outside of Apt. There you will find several shopping centers, but also small shops. The infrastructure also includes doctor and hospital, bus stop with connections to Avignon, Aix en Provence and Marseille, many small restaurants and on Saturday morning, the well-known market over Apt.
