First floor has a spacious bedroom with queen bed and attached half-bathroom! Upstairs boasts three bedrooms, two with queen beds and the third with a twin-sized day bed! ✱Green Bay: 30 minutes. Oshkosh: 20 minutes. Mall: 10 minutes. Plenty of parking in driveway for up to 3 cars in the driveway with additional street parking on side street along side of house. Uber and Lyft are also available. The city bus station is downtown with many bus stops near house. Please note that weather got too cold before new concrete driveway could be poured. The old driveway is seasoned so watch your step as the concrete has settled in various spots.
