Too hot
The hotel was ok, nothing special. It was an incredibly hot night when we stayed and there was no air conditioning so a very uncomfortable night with very little sleep.

Hotel good food terrible
Stay was fine however food was very sub standard and expensive frozen pizza at £11.95 is to me totally unacceptable even to go to rip off

Great 1-night stay
Overall a very nice 1-night stay. Lots of parking. Easy access off main road, but no noise. Bed much softer than I'm used to, but slept well. Excellent Covid-safe breakfast, only let down by the flimsy plastic cutlery. Slight delay/confusion about the bill, but all sorted out. Highly recomended. Many thanks.

As previous reviews submitted by other guests, the staff very friendly and helpful, the beds extremely comfortable and clean. The curtains needed some attention and bad stains on the chair in our room, but overall satisfactory for an overnight stay. We had the breakfast at 8.45, cooked food mostly good, had cold beans and fried eggs, tough bacon but plenty of other choice, no big problem.

I liked the location, I loved the staff who were all kind, warm and patient. I liked the rooms which were clean and had a feeling of space. The only niggle was the sign on the desk which uses the word 'manned' instead of 'staffed', we no longer 'man' things. I liked the parking facilitates and I liked it had a spacious bar.. Actually, it was a delight to spend Christmas eve and part of Christmas day here. So much so that we unexpectedly decided tp stay here again on the way back home.

Good value for money as long as you are not expecting too much . Stayed here a few times so I know what to expect . Staff are brilliant, can’t fault them . Rooms could do with a little uplift but still are clean and comfortable. WiFi is awful in rooms , could not connect . Breakfast is very good , buffet style , good quality sausages . Overall good for the money .

The hotel is just right across Mac Donald restaurant and easy to find . Very very helpful staff I must say . They helped me by coming out of the box so that I get what I wanted to . Very very good & helpful staff . There is restaurant for food inside the hotel . And very good and comfortable Stay I must say .

Nice place to stay
Nicely decorated room, very comfortable. Lift if needed for extra luggage, flat screen tv in corner of room.with fast working remote and a lot of channels to relax to at night Shower , sink and bath was a miss on second day as only hot water but was fixed by evening and we were out for the day anyway. The bath was a bit small and quite hard to get out of due to design of it and were the handrails were. so may just use the shower next time. Staff were friendly and helpful, and bed was super comfy, the free, internet didn't work but it didn't bother us and we probably just needed to ask again at reception but we were out all day and didn't really need it , the rooms were quiet around, us all in all a nice stay and will book again.
