Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette location, l'appartement est tout simplement superbe, parfaitement équipé et d'une propreté irréprochable. La grande terrasse offre un panorama imprenable, et l'appartement est idéalement situé pour accéder aux sites et villes que nous voulions visiter. Nous avons était accueilli par un charmant couple, d'une gentillesse remarquable, nous offrant bons conseils et légumes du jardins... Que du bonheur !! Evidemment à tout les amoureux de la Corse, nous recommandons vivement ce petit coin de paradis, et nous même serions ravi de pouvoir y retourner. Nous conseillons toutefois d'y rester plus d'une semaine afin de profiter et de s'imprégner au maximum de la douce farniente Corse. Lors de nos ballades nous avons particulièrement apprécié la proximité de la plage de Lava, les visites de Bonifacio et de l'ïle Rousse ainsi que la découverte de criques paradisiaques telle que celle de Ficajola à Piana. ##### TONY G. Elle est parfaitement entretenue, très bien organisée et fonctionnelle. La vue de la terrasse est splendide et Appietto est un charmant village, très tranquille. Le seul (tout petit) bémol est la première impression que l'on a des 3 derniers km de route: typiques de l'île... Ceci étant, on s'y habitue fort bien et cela n'empêche pas de profiter pleinement du lieu. La famille du propriétaire occupait le premier étage de la villa. Ce sont des gens charmants et très discrets. Qui plus est de bon conseil. Nous recommanderions cette location sans hésiter. Très jolies plages à proximité (Lava, golfe de Sagone, route des Sanguinaires) mais il faut prévoir de s'y rendre en voiture. Pour les amoureux de montagne, le train (que l'on peut aller prendre à Mezzana si on veut éviter Ajaccio et ses bouchons) nous met à 1 heure du GR 20 (Vizzanova) ou du Mare à Mare (Vivario). Nous connaissions déjà la Corse et savions que nous ne serions pas déçus par ce site. L'hébergement contribue également à la réussite parfaite de nos vacances; Et là, ça n'a été que du bonheur : propriétaires très sympathiques et disponibles tout en étant discrets et non avares de bons conseils sur les restaus, ballades etc.. . Leur villa est impeccable, décorée avec beaucoup de gout, lits confortables, et Eric est toujours attentif à ce que nous ne manquions de rien. La vue : n'en parlons pas, que du bonheur pour les yeux. La grande terrasse est une invitation au farniente sur les transats. La situation est parfaite car au calme, et pourtant à peine 20 mn de la ville et des plages. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war rundum gut, hilfsbereit, freundlich und nie aufdringlich. Freizeitmöglichkeiten gibt es sehr viele, und es ist für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei. Les propritétaires sont particulièrement attentifs au bien être de leurs locataires et ont su aménager ce rez de villa avec beaucoup de goût. Situation privilégiée avec vue à 180° sur les Golfes d'Ajaccio et de Lava, à 20 minutes de la plage. Très bon camp de base pour rayonner dans l'île. A refaire ! ##### Claire d. Rez de chaussée et grande terrasse avec vue à couper le souffle Logement calme,moderne, spacieux, confortable et bien équipé (buanderie à disposition : utile pour un séjour de 2 semaines) Location propre, très bien entretenue et nombreux rangements disponibles Environs : très beau village, de belles promenades au départ du village, 12 min en voiture du golfe du Lava pour la plage (grand parking, bar sympa, quelques restos et magasin ) A faire absolument :journée en mer avec skipper vers Scandola et Girolata (mention spéciale à JPS) Propriétaire sympathique et disponible pour toutes informations sur la région (promenades, restos, etc….) Our landlords welcomed us in a very kind and cordial manner. Because of their great hospitality, but also unobtrusiveness we felt very comfortable all the time. We found the flat very tidy, well equiped and aesthetically furnished and arranged. The flat is part of a house that is located in a calm area. The view from the large terrace over the hills down to the bay of Lava and by of Ajaccio is simply great. "Très bel appartement de grand confort avec une superbe terrasse, une vue sur les Golfes d'Ajaccio et de Lava.
