"This facility was Fantastic. The beauty was second to none. It was peaceful and quiet. The staff is more helpful than one can imagine. Definitely a place to come back to several times."

"The property is well situated at the foothils of St Francis Cathedral. The room was quite cramped for 3 persons. The restaurant on site is great option for dining. Breakfast was also good, bit on a sweeter side, lots of pastry and cakes, limited on salty savory options. I'd recommand this place, well priced. "

"It is great foe the price! Do not believe google when it says it does not exist. It exist but Google or Apple Maps does not get you there. The hotel is on the top of a restaurant of the same name and if you google the restaurant name it will take you there. We just stay one night but it was clean and comfortable. "Calling itself a B&B is not true. Listed by Hotels.com as including breakfast is not quite correct.You are in fact given a voucher for each person. This entitles you to a coffee and a croissant with a limited value. I would not call this “including breakfast”. The kitchenette is not very well equipped, nor was it very clean. The dish cleaning sponge was an ancient relic and I would not use it. The walls are very thin so you know exactly what the neighbours are doing. All this for almost €100 is...

"Not what we were expecting at all! The room was nice enough but it is situated on the second floor of a building with not much nearby. Fine for a stopover. Also, there was no breakfast as had been advertised, which was a shame."

"We were quite disappointed in this stay. It was quite loud late into the night and the “bungalows” didn’t keep out the noise. The rooms weren’t specifically clean but the biggest disappointment was the breakfast. The coffee machine wasn’t restocked-no coffee, the choices were vast but not restocked well. We arrived one hour before breakfast was slated to end but 3/4 of the offerings were empty and not restocked through the completion of the breakfast time. The sad part was that we paid...

"We arrived early and could check in. Used pool and jacuzzi overlooking Perugia. Lovely and relaxing at the end of the trip. First impressions of this ancient castle did not disappoint. Staff were welcoming and friendly. Hotel and grounds were impressive. Room was very comfortable. Had a drink outside before dinner. Still taking it all in. Dinner was incredible. Had a great nights sleep and breakfast was a huge choice of self serve items. Lots of home made unusual choices. Loved our unique castle...
