"Negatives; 1. Last 30 metres of climb to the property was extremely steep. 2. The bed (a pull our couch) was the hardest that we have ever experienced. 3. The owner/host spoke zero English. 4. She showed us an unacceptable small unit, which we declined, until showing us a larger one with a view (which we had paid for). 5. After May 1, the heat is turned off and we were very cold for the first week of our stay. 6. Only one other unit had a terrace, patio or balcony (not ours).

"Very Nice adress for families Who want to visit Assisi with low budget . Big apartment. Very kind hosts. Localisation is Nice, not far from basilic santa maria del angeli, which must be visited. 10 minutes by car to old assisi. We spent very Nice stay."
