"beautiful property, the staff its very pleasant and try to accompany your needs. we traveled with small children and they helped us with all our requests. the hotel has a restaurant on site and dinner was delicious. Also on reception area they have a mini bar ans prepare couple drinks and nice lounge area to enjoy it. i highly recommended. its a very short and easy drive from Assisi and has beautiful views of the city and the mountains. my only small complaint it was the bed was very hard..:(....

The room was full of character, the bathroom spotless, our meal in the Locanda restaurant superb and we even enjoyed the 15 minute uphill walk into Assisi! The staff were really helpful and friendly, especially Beatrice on reception and the breakfast room manager Petra. The grounds are peaceful and relaxing. Highly recommended"

"The property is very nicely decorated and has a great view on the city of Gubbio. The facilities are big and roomy and nicely decorated. The cousine is excellent! The place seems to be a popular destination for weddings and birthday parties. The room are in a separate building so the parties do not bother, but they are not very sound proof, so if there are noisy guests staying the night you definitely want to have earbuds with you. Also because there is no stuff to call during the night."

"We were quite disappointed in this stay. It was quite loud late into the night and the “bungalows” didn’t keep out the noise. The rooms weren’t specifically clean but the biggest disappointment was the breakfast. The coffee machine wasn’t restocked-no coffee, the choices were vast but not restocked well. "We arrived early and could check in. Used pool and jacuzzi overlooking Perugia. Lovely and relaxing at the end of the trip. First impressions of this ancient castle did not disappoint. "spacious room, and bathroom. amenities were great, with a lounge, snack bar, common area. and restaurant. they had a beautiful hotel despite the area being a bit far from main attraction but the hotel staff were amazing setting up taxis. overall my boyfriend and i loved it. "
