Completely renovated house with nine modern apartments equipped to the last detail. Palacete Molina is accessed through an old wooden door and an iron gate that leads to a private interior patio with a fountain. On the ground floor we have apartments 1, 2 and 3\. Going up the staircase or the lift you will reach apartments 4,5 and 6\. On the top floor we have apartments 7, 8 and 9\. Each one with a small outdoor area equipped with a table and 2 chairs.
