- In a small joint ownership this apartment offers great benefits. Located less than 100 meters from the port of Saint Martin, and 20 meters from the ramparts of Vauban, it is close to all amenities and offers a breathtaking view of the sea. It is a spacious studio which has: A living room with a sofa and a real folding bed of excellent quality. The living room has a table convertible into a dining table This accommodation has complete household appliances: washing machine, multifunction oven, refrigerator, hotplates, extractor, Nespresso-type coffee maker, etc ... The bathroom has a large shower, a basin and a toilet. The particularly pleasant swimming pool is of course at your disposal for the entire stay. This accommodation is equipped with a flat screen and unlimited Internet access. A private parking space is at your disposal for the entire stay. This accommodation also has a bicycle storage room.
