7.6/10 Good! (1,002 reviews)

The location to Syracuse University was great (5 min walk to Marshall street). However the room smelled moldy and the heat was on 76 and could not be turned down. The AC was off for the season and the windows didn’t open. The gracious front desk staff gave us and other guests a fan and that helped us sleep but without it, the temp would have been unbearable. I think I’d spend a little more money for a newer room next time.

9.2/10 Wonderful! (1,473 reviews)

We love staying here. Clean, nice staff, great location, really good breakfast, excellent restaurant for dinner. Our dog is welcome, parking is abundant and it is close to syracuse University.
