"This hotel was really nice! It’s located a bit out of the touristy areas of Seoul, which some might not like but I personally enjoyed. The rooms were really nice, clean, and spacious, with lovely wood detailing throughout. the beds amazingly comfy with high-quality pillows and linens. I slept well thanks to these, the good soundproofing, and blackout curtains. The bathroom had a tub which was a nice feature (not all hotels in Korea have tubs). The shower head pressure was really strong and the water temperature control was really precise. The TV screen was large, the AC worked fine. The lobby was also really pretty and had a nice smell when you walked in. The hotel provides a small gym and coin laundry which was very convenient. There is a buffet on the 3rd floor that you can purchase separately. There is also a vending machine in the lobby that dispenses toothbrush and toothpaste, snacks, and other convenient goods. If it’s raining, they also provide free umbrellas to borrow. The hotel is a 5-minute walk to the line 2 metro (Guro Digital Complex Station). The streets are narrow and kind of bumpy if you have a lot of luggage though, so beware. On the other hand, there is an airport limousine to and from Incheon Airport that stops right in front of the hotel. My only complaint would be that the breakfast buffet food was okay - not bad but not amazing either. But otherwise, I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel and would stay here again! "The staff are excellent and are very helpful in giving you help when you need it. They also speak an array of different languages; I’ve heard Japanese, English, and Korean which I would say is an indication of professionalism and diversity which I have lots of respect for. The room itself was very quiet, clean, and comfortable. The housekeeping was also professional, quick, and friendly. In regards to transportation, the Guro Digital Complex Station (Exit No. 6) is the closest station to the hotel. I would say the travel time to and from the more touristic areas such as Myeongdong and Itaewon are quite far but I would say that with Seoul’s efficient transportation it’s quite okay. But some notable areas are close such as: Hongdae, and Gangnam. Given my comment above, the hotel is around some pretty good areas that I would say aren’t advertised as much, such as Kkalkkal street. I would also add on that there are excellent restaurants around the hotel that are cost friendly. All in all this is an excellent hotel! "This hotel is conveniently located to the metro and buses. Across the street are several places to eat. Starbucks is next door along with a convenience store. Room was smaller than expected but it was clean and comfortable for 2 people. When returning to Seoul we will book this hotel again. Highly recommend for first time travelers using the metro. "
