I have taken a trip to Europe with a group of friends every spring for 8 years and this is the best hotel we've stayed in. The rooms are large, beautifully furnished with chairs or a couch. The bathrooms are brand new and very high end. The hotel has the best breakfast buffet I have ever eaten. Coffee, tea and pastries are available in the dining room around the clock. The lounge is beautiful, comfortable and sunny. There is a lovely outdoor patio in back. The staff were universally charming and helpful. Antwerp was a great place to visit -- a wide variety of museums, beautiful views, great food, good shopping. Wonderful ambience with genuine architecture and interior design, live piano music for breakfast and an all over friendly and personal service. The location was great, in the middle of the street of the old city center and close to the river. The breakfast buffet was not the biggest but had all you needed for a good brunch with fresh made scrambled eggs and freshly pressed orange juice. We had a junior suite that really meet our expectations. The bed was wonderful. The only downside was it was a little bit noisy.
