People wandering behind our room past midnight being loud. We brought up some of our concerns upon arrival with the owner. He was very rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. I ended the conversation with him knowing our concerns were not going to be taken seriously. The one staff member, Claudia, was very nice and did what she could for us. The place could be exceptional, but has been largely neglected. Very disappointing stay. I would never recommend or stay there again. For the price we paid and the missing amenities that were advertised, it was a complete rip off."
