We had an amazing stay at IC Residency! Our choice of a beach villa was perfect – it was well-maintained, beautiful, and had a private pool. The villa also came with a dedicated cabana at the beach, which was a great perk. The true highlight of our stay, however, was the exceptional hospitality. Both the restaurant staff and the cabana staff at the beach went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable. We were impressed by the food options as well. Everyone at the resort truly seemed dedicated to ensuring our stay was enjoyable. Based on this fantastic experience, I would highly recommend IC Residency to anyone looking for a luxurious and relaxing getaway.

great but noisy
clean and nice hotel , the room was great , had the pool villa , great pool , good food . the only bad things is the noise - parties until late hours of the night that you can hear in the room very loud ( a 8 year old kid should be able to go to sleep at 12 am... )

The IC residence is good to relax in a quite surroundings, good concept. The staff service is questionable exept russian speaking team who is really responsive regardless your origin. It could be because of covid instability but breakfast is better in a neighbouring IC Green you are allowed to use.

My best holiday ever!
Wow where should I start from. Finally a hotel that’s offering a proper 5 star experience.from the moment we where greeted by reception to get us checked in.our bags where taken from us, cold drinks of our choice where offered. Check in was swift and easy. Hopped. On a golf buggy which is at your beck and call 24/7. Room are spacious and luxurious with fridge fully stocked with water and treats and a bottle of wine everyday. We booked a villa so we had our own personal swimming pool. The food is absolutely flawless with choice and taste for everyone. The hotel has everything you need you literally don’t need to leave the resort. Water park,private sandy beach, bar & dance floor, plenty for the kids to do aswell but also a very adult orientated hotel. I won’t keep this long just I will be returning every year. That how much I have fell in love with this beautiful resort.

Absolutely incredible! Highly recommend if you are looking for a safe, friendly and 5 star experience. The staff were always happy to help and Ishmail the GM was always available 24hrs a day.

Great place to stay for privacy villa
I stayed in a villa wonderful privacy for a quite break to relax. The place was beautiful, I had a few issues with room not being ready but happily hotel compensated me well for this inconvenience. Room was clean service good food was also good. Limited activities due to Covid. Only point is limited English speakers so room service orders can come with items missing.

perfet club for amazing holiday
amazing holiday very friendly staff the only thing that I can complain is that they offer private cabin onthe beach but no one say that its cost and it was pricy ( 100 Euros ) but it was amazing holiday and we for sure will come back !!!

Great Resort. The restaurant staff is amazing! Not much can be said about anyone else though! You’ll want to book a Bali villa. It’s a huge upgrade and it’s worth the extra buck! However, the other condos are very outdated and they smell and feel old. It looks beautiful until you stay in them. The cleaning staff can only do so much when the rooms are old.

The pools and property are beautiful. Rooms could use some updating, but are spacious and all are around the pool, almost direct access to the pool. Room service food is just ok, but restaurant is better, especially the Turkish options. Service is excellent ... perfect combination of all inclusive concept but calmer, boutique feel and personal touch

Great hotel for families
Fantastic hotel. Pool right outside our room was so convenient. Food and service great. Really family friendly - kids loved the waterslides especially. Brilliant wifi all throughout the hotel.

A great place and wonderful experience. Our only two comments are: 1- Two of the slides, which the kids really wanted to play in, were not working for the entire 6 day trip. This was disappointing since they were late in trying to fix it and never did. 2- The resort condition is excellent but the rooms are a bit old and don't match the quality of the hotel and facilities. You won't spend much time in the room though.

More then 5 star!!
Absolutely fantastic Hotel, we stayed in the Residence/Villa part of the hotel, worth the extra money. The facilities far exceeded my expectations and our Children Abdul & Alisha had a fantastic time, at the kids club, the resort, the beach and most of all the hospitality of the residence staff. Already recommended the Hotel to fellow colleagues!! And will be looking to go back again this summer.

Séjour magnifique en famille dans cet établissement. Belle infrastructure. Bien entretenu. Très bon service en général . Room service peu réactif par moment. Équipe dynamique à l écoute malgré des difficultés d’anglais. Ismael grace à son écoute client essaye d’améliorer les prestations de l’hôtel. Très fort potentiel pour cet hôtel. Et peut encore mieux faire dans l avenir à mon avis.

Zwei schöne Tage
Das Hotel ist auf dem Weg so langsam Jahr zu kommen, aber es war sehr ordentlich und die Ausstattung angenehm. Wir hatten ein schönes Zimmer mit direktem Zugang zum Pool! Der Blick ist schön und die Anlage ist generell ruhig. Leider waren die Böden nicht wirklich sauber, ist etwas unglücklich wenn man ein krabbeln des Baby hat. Und die Rezeption nicht gut zu erreichen. Lag aber wohl daran, weil wir kurz vor Saisonende eingecheckt haben.

Sehr, sehr nettes Personal das wirklich versucht, jeden Wunsch von den Augen abzulesen. Hotelanlage sehr großzügig. Unbedingte Empfehlung. Man wird mit dem Shuttle kostenlos vom Foughafen abgeholt, auch nach Mitternacht! Für Familienmitglied mit Kindern ideal. Viel schöner als die offiziellen Bilder im Internet.

Rüya gibi bir tatil
IC Residence Hotel'in muhteşem ortamı,mükemmel,güleryüzlü persone-liyle rüya gibi unutulmaz bir tatil için ideal adres olduğunu düşünüyorum. Otel binaları yeşillikler içinde kaybolmuş ve gözü hiç rahatsız etmiyor. Hizmet ve servis en üst düzeyde.Yemek sunum ve lezzetleri de gayet iyi.Havaalanına transfer hizmeti de ayrıca çok hoş bir imkan.Ödediğimiz her kuruşa değdiği inancındayım.Yakın zamanda tekrar gitmeyi arzu ediyorum
