All the staff I dealt with were very friendly, helpful and attentive. Unfortunately the building condition needs a lot of attention and refurbishment. During my two nights stay, I had a problem with AC, Safe and the room telephone. As the staff were very helpful they tried to fix these issues as soon as possible and attended to them all, but I would rather to stay without involving all these people. Guest relation, support staff were very helpful as well as they were following all these issues with me and also asked for my feedback so that they can take this with higher management. I do recall that Bushra was following that with me and asked me for all these issues and helped my in forwarding my comments . if it hadn't been for the good staff of this hotel my stay would have been really bad. Thank you again to all the staff who dealt with me including Bushra and I hope the management will work on their Building and furniture condition to get this hotel where it's truly belong, 5 star excellent hotel. thank you

We just spent 6 days and it was 6 days too short! We absolutely loved this place and have to comment on the quality of staff above all. The food choices were incredible and fresh. If you want deep fried garbage then go someplace else. We were very surprised at the quality of the table wines and the choices of spirits at the various lounges/bars. While the building itself may feel a little dated, it is in top shape and well maintained. As an example of service; a concierge came around in the beach asking for feedback and we mentioned we would like an extra blanket. 2 hours later when we went back into our room; the blanket was there. Our housekeeper ; Merel kept our room spotless and Serik, our regular evening waiter was incredibly friendly and engaging. I’ve also have never seen doormen hustle like this guys. We cannot wait to come back and bring friends!

Friendly and helpful staff who are there to make your stay an incredible experience. We stayed during the off season so all the outdoor facilities were not in operation - however the price we paid for the night was about the same as a regular name brand hotel without any all inclusive amenities. Thank you for one of the most enjoyable stays and we will definitely consider returning.

We enjoyed overall stay. Property is kept very clean. Huge outdoor space. Few staffs were unfriendly but majortiy of them really work hard and provide great service to customers. For example - Anil, the trainer in the gym is very considerate, frendly and helpful. He knew I was running and needed some water. He brought the towel and water while I was in treadmill without even asking him. similarly, a lady in the reception upgraded our room for free to Sea view when I told her we came to celebrate our Son's birthday. this is first-class customer service when customers needs are taken care of implicitly. Through the property is kept very clean. It was really an ultra all-inclusive providing late-night hot meals between 12 to 1.30 AM and 24/7 bar faciities. Concorde is located under 30 mins drive from Airport. Overall, we had a great stay for very reasonable price. Thank you Experdia for helping us making one of the life-time memory!

Wonderful stay with family. This was the best time of my entire trips . We celebrated my sister birthday, hotel guest reservation kindly sent us room gift and provided Birthday cake. Reception, from the manager Antony or Touny (I hope I got the name right) to the bell man , manager assistant, all the customers service was excellent and so professional. The food quality and freshness was outstanding. We loved it so much. Travelling with a baby, the cleaning people, was so helpful. We received baby bed , to baby bath tub and baby stroller, made so much difference in our stay. The programs at the Bar after dinner was so pleasant. The kids show and beach was amazing. Do not miss the in door swimming pool and sauna with Turkish bath. Please skip the massage, too pricy and the masseuse used her elbow the whole time, very painful experience. One last request, we travelled all women, we got starred by stuff men with the dark cream colour suites a lot, in the coffee shop or lobby area. Made us a bit uncomfortable.
