Perched on a crag with sweeping views over the Firth of Forth and St Monans historic church, it is the kind of place where mornings with a coffee and evenings watching the tide become part of everyday life. The front door opens to a welcoming reception hall and a ground floor sea facing bedroom with an en suite, ideal for visiting grandparents or a quiet guest room. A short staircase with contemporary steel balustrade leads up to the main living areas, giving the house a cosy layered feel.
