Sleeps 6 guests in 3 Twin Bedrooms with 3 Bathrooms.   
  
Situated less than a 5 minute walk to Crail Harbour and a 15 minute drive outside of St Andrews, making it ideal for Golfers and families alike. Free parking only 30 seconds walk from door.   
  
Located less than a mile from the popular wedding venue The Cowshed, and 5 miles from Falside Mill.   
  
Front garden with stairs leading up to the front door.   
  
Upon entering the house the layout is as follows:   
  
Ground Floor: Living room, kitchen with dining area, and shower room with toilet.   
  
1st floor: 1st bedroom with bunkbeds, 2nd bedroom with two single beds, and main bathroom.   
  
2nd floor: 3rd bedroom with two single beds and ensuite with walk-in shower.

#### Not so clean and Mean

Overall, a nice place with just enough adequate facilities. On closer looking all the blinds, lampshades were very dusty. Under the sink was evidence of mice. Some door handles loose. The staircases could be doing with banisters/handrails. Our three-night hire, this low season, comes at £16 per hour was Ok. However, an extra £25 for one hour 11am departure is mean. Over the decades at other such properties have offered us a 4th night free. Holding the "damage waiver" for a week is too long. Group decision we shall not return here.
