Another bed sheet in the room, less expensive menu options or better quality

Hotel is very Nice, the beach is Amazing, pool and pool restaurant & bar are great and good food Room is very nice but unfortunately service wasn't as expected, we paid 630 euros per night so they can tell us you got only one bottle of water per day, the room you can't open the balcony doors because of the amount of mosquitoes and insects, coffee machine wasn't working and no capsules, poor buffet, too expensive for a 4stars hotel

A hotels shortcomings should be judged by how they are handled and not by the shortcomings themselves, and in this case, every shortcoming was handled properly by the general manager and the staff.
