"We have just had a wonderful 2 weeks in Villa Elena. So comfortable and perfect for a relaxing holiday. We would have breakfast on the front terrace and sit on the balcony each evening to watch the sunset. The Villa is very private and in a quiet neighbourhood and the view across the valley by the pool is lovely. The restaurants in the nearby village of Kouklia are excellent. I can’t wait to return in the future."

"The villa was clean and tidy on arrival. However, our first impression was that it was very tired and areas needed updating. When we booked the villa it stated that there was a BBQ included, we subsequently found out that there wasn't a BBQ and the owner has now corrected this in the listing. Also, it states that there were 2 bathrooms, this is incorrect as one of the bathrooms is only a toilet and hand basin. All 3 sun-loungers were broken on arrival, however, these were replaced with 2 new...

"Villa is very spacious and so is garden and swimming pool. From day 1 communication with Katerina was absolutely perfect. Replied always straight away and answered to all my questions. She is brilliant host. We have arrived very late at night and Katerina left for us food and water. Life saver as we could not buy anything in the shop that day due to late flight arrival. We've had lovely time on our holiday. You can find everything you need in villa including lots of things for children....

"We had an amazing stay at Villa Alexia in Cyprus. Before I’d even booked the owner responded to my questions quickly and was really helpful. The Villa looks like it does in the advertised pictures so there was no disappointment there and it was lovely and clean. We are a family of five (2 adults and a 13,12 and 8 year old) and the Villa had everything we needed - the beautiful pool provided us with hours of entertainment. We paid extra (very reasonable) for the pool to be heated. I’m glad we did...

"It was a lovely villa ideally suited for 4 adults and two children, with all the utilities inside and on the terrace.. The complex was tidy and appealing to the eye. We all enjoyed the few times we used the pool - Please take note for visitors: NOT to wear sun lotion before entering the pool, there are residents ‘watching’. We had to rent a car for longer than planned as the villa is not on a bus route if you have younger members it’s rather a long walk to Paphos harbour front. Wifi was...

"This place up in the hills is quiet and hidden away, yet only about 8 minutes to town by car. It has a pretty little patio and dipping pool. A lovely place for breakfast too. The kitchen equipment is old but has everything required to cook a meal. Michael speaks English which really helps. Mina added nice touches for arriving guests-snacks, fruit and beverages. We had a hard time finding it once we got to the final turning from the road going up the hill. We ended up at a set of stairs. Ask...

"As a family of 4 we had an amazing stay. The owner Tania couldn’t do enough for us and easy to contact. The villa is one of the best equipped villa we have stayed at including all the essentials when you arrive. Dont even need to take beach towels. Whilst remote just 20 mins away you are in paphos and beaches. Suited us the quiet life and yet you could get to plenty of activities close by! Loved it!"

"We absolutely loved staying in Villa Oleander . It was very light and spacious and the pool was excellent. There is just one negative comment and that is that I feel there should be a full length mirror in each bedroom . You Definitely need to hire a car as nothing is within walking distance. Will definitely book again . Am already looking for next year"

"Have just booked our 3rd visit to this perfect villa. The sea view is absolutely stunning, it takes your breath away. A great location, quiet but with easy access to Coral Bay & Paphos. Some lovely restaurants within walking distance, our favourites bring Sonny’s & Sea You Beach Bar. There was an excellent welcome pack on arrival & the abundance of local information provided was really helpful. Well equipped, spacious & clean with a lovely pool & bbq.
