Breakfast was even worse. First day it took at least 1 hour to be served and the second day the cook/chef didn't show so there was no breakfast available - which is unacceptable for what is considered a high-end hotel. When I logged a complaint with the front desk, I was told that the restaurant was separately run by a third party - and therefore they had no responsibility - unacceptable response."
