We had a wonderful stay at the house! The location was great, and the house was incredibly clean. It was just the right size for our group of 7, and the backyard area was an ideal place to hang out and relax. We will definitely try to book here again for any future Annapolis visits!

What an AMAZING beautiful home - the set up is great, the backyard is just wonderful - parking was a challenge with 3 cars - but we were able to use the street parking to the left of the house. We walked to everything all weekend - would definitely stay again.

Great renovated house with hardwood floors and new furnishings. Pretty fenced backyard lounging space with fire pit table. Walkable to shops and restaurants. Very nice owner who left snacks, drinks and laundry pods for the renters. Much appreciated!

Awesome Annapolis Abode!

This is a fabulous home-the updates are beautiful. We rented this house while attending a wedding in the area. It is convenient to several hotels so friends could stop by. The layout, both inside and out, provides nice conversation spots for catching up with family. The kitchen and pantry are well-stocked and had everything we needed. Beds are comfortable. The host is very easy to deal with. Will definitely book again on our next trip to the area.

Great house in a great location

Laura’s house is so nice and comfortable. It has everything you could need and more. The backyard is such a great space. My one and only complaint/warning is that the front bedrooms were noisy at night because of the cars/traffic going by. This is nothing a white noise machine can’t fix. We would still definitely stay there again!(

A win for us (and Navy)

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home! Our Navy football weekend could not have been better. This is the perfect place for eight people to gather. The home is spotless and we all appreciated having such a nice place to relax and visit for the weekend. We really enjoyed the spacious and comfortable backyard seating as well as the kitchen/living room spaces. Being able to walk to the stadium for the game and into town for shopping and dining was a real plus. It was a pleasure dealing with Laura; communications were detailed and timely. We hope to return next year, especially if a Navy football win can be guaranteed! Thanks again for a lovely time.

Just what we needed

This is a GREAT rental property. We've stayed in dozens of rentals and this was one of the best. We had an awesome weekend. I can't recommend this enough. The property is super clean, well appointed, and comfortable. This worked well for a long weekend visiting our Midshipman where we made several trips to the Academy, drove and walked different times to Downtown Annapolis, and quick trips to the close grocery store. The weather was a bit warm yet we took some advantage of the very nice backyard that had a grill, gas firepit, and plenty of seating. Laura was a great communicator. We had everything we needed and she was "instant" in acknowledging our check-in success. We loved the Annapolis and US Naval Academy touches throughout. If we come back with family, we will definitely be looking to book again. It is also very close to the football stadium. Super impressed and satisfied.
