Home is located just minutes from Eastport, Downtown Annapolis, and the Naval Academy. (4.7 miles to the main gate). Home and grounds are kid friendly offering amply outside play space and a multipurpose sports court. Third bedroom of home has a full-sized crib and a twin bed. Baby gates are located in the closet for guest use. The space Property was totally renovated in 2020 including bathrooms, kitchen, appliances, floors, windows, and HVAC system. There are three bedrooms upstairs with a hallway bathroom and the 2nd bathroom is on the ground floor with the kitchen and family area. The house is very kid friendly. I'm disgusted by all things "kids" so we hid most of what was left out. It was a thoughtful gesture for those who partake though. There is also a lovely front yard play area where we were able to relax outside on chairs once we arrived. The beds and couch were all super comfortable. We were there during a storm (Ophelia) but the house kept us safe and dry and the surrounding area was peaceful. I was worried a bit about trees falling on the house or our car since the neighborhood is so wooded, but there were no issues. We had a lovely weekend and enjoyed our stay.
