Three bedrooms, 3.5 baths - ideal for game-day groups, USNA families, or Annapolis weekends. The Space: The main level flows from a welcoming entryway seating area into the open-concept kitchen and living space. Just off the kitchen, an enclosed living room with a sectional and TV provides a quieter hangout spot. The chef's kitchen is the centerpiece: GE Café appliances, a large quartz island with seating, white shaker cabinetry, and coastal clam shell chandeliers that set a warm tone for the whole floor. Upstairs, the master suite has soaring ceilings, a spa-like marble bathroom with a 72-inch double vanity, and a desk nook for remote work.
