Located in the heart of downtown Annapolis, this three-story 1870 Victorian offers the perfect blend of classic charm and tasteful updates. Outside enjoy multiple spots to relax including the front porch, second floor balcony, or brick patio in the fenced in backyard. Matthew Strohm was the first boxing instructor at the USNA. Step inside to discover a thoughtfully curated historically registered home, full of warm colors, enticing artwork, and inviting spaces. The first floor features a cozy living room with elegant decor, a dining room filled with natural light and sophistication, and a cheerful breakfast nook off the recently updated kitchen — the perfect spot for morning coffee or evening conversation. Upstairs, the second floor offers two bedrooms, one with access to a private balcony overlooking the brick patio and tree-lined backyard — where you can sip wine or read a book. A full bath with jacuzzi sits in between the bedrooms. Make your way to the third floor with its private bedroom suite and charming little full bath, where you can glimpse at the Maryland State House dome over the treetops.
