Great location
We know Eastport well, having lived there for several years. This is a great location. I would have given it 5 stars but the mattress isn't that comfortable (it's a murphy pull-out), so as long as you don't expect dreamy sleep than this is a good option.

Nice location, immaculately clean
Small, well appointed, very clean, quiet outside, could hear footsteps upstairs. We would have appreciated some directions for the space. Didn’t find the thermostat until the morning after the temperature dropped. Leeward market and cafe across the street is a good place for breakfast.

Reunion
Enjoyed being able to walk to all of our events. Lots to do in the area. Having a parking space is a blessing in this town and a big selling point to staying at this property.

Great spot for a Naptown trip w/o needing a rental car.
Great location if you’re looking to hang out in Annapolis and Eastport and don’t want to deal w/ rental cars. Was cheaper than a hotel when I booked, and way more bang for the buck. Market across the street was perfect for grabbing coffee and breakfast and then heading out on your day. Dinner and drinks at the Davis Pub 2 blocks down were a pretty great way to end the day too. Unit is nice, clean and well equipped. Be aware it’s very small. No more than two people would be my recc. Plus there are 2 other units in the building, so if you make a lot of noise, probably not for you. Perfect for me though.

Great location within walking distance to downtown Annapolis and Eastport.
This was a very clean and spacious rental. It was located close to everything. Sandra was very easy to communicate with. Would definately book again when staying in the Annapolis area!

Great location
Property was in a great location. Walkable to many restaurants /bars, 20-25 min walk to downtown Annapolis, 5 min drive, but parking is difficult there. This was perfect for the two of us. My only complaint is that the listing says 1 bedroom, there isn’t a bedroom, the Murphy bed is in the living room. We did enjoy our stay!

Sweet apartment, nice area
My wife and I had 3 lovely days in this great studio in Eastport. The place was well provisioned, comfortable, clean, and best, in a great walkable neighborhood just 10 minutes by foot from downtown Annapolis. We will be back.

This was in a quiet friendly neighborhood with so many restaurants in walking distance. Such a cute apartment with absolutely everything you need for your getaway whether personal or business. Anchors away is clean and comfortable and very reasonably priced. We will be back! Thank you Sandra! We have to give a shout out to Michelle at Leeward Market right across the street. You won’t be disappointed in their freshly made bagels, croissants, pizza.

Perfect stay
If you are looking to visit the Annapolis area for the weekend, this is the place to stay. Right next to an awesome little deli and a few blocks for the bay. The distance to downtown is short so it gives you the ability to go in but also have somewhere my quiet to stay.

This beautiful efficiency apartment was perfect for our weekend visit with family who live just 3 blocks away. Everything was clean, comfortable, and well decorated!! We hope to stay there when we visit Annapolis again.

I want to start by saying that although this small loft is nicely decorated, but it was very tight space. They had a pullout bed that was very uncomfortable and made so much noise that we couldn’t get any sleep. There was no prior communication with the owners until we got there that evening. The wife was having technical issues with the passcode for the door. What really upset me was when she was trying to give me codes and directions, I could hear a man in the background calling me stupid because I couldn’t open the door or lock box with the numbers they gave me. Their neighbors upstairs were very noisy and loud to a point where we consider leaving and going someplace else. Unfortunately everything was booked for that weekend. Location was nice, but streets were so tight, you get worried you are going to hit someone pass you by. I was very disappointed with my stay. The owner never asked how we were doing after just speaking to her once the evening we arrived.

Great location!
Had a great experience! Excellent neighborhood close to great restaurants. Very clean and well-appointed with a full kitchen. Murphy bed may not be for everyone and upstairs neighbors were noisy on our last night. Overall, great time!

Great value for the location
Sandra’s property was so lovely and conveniently located near a many great spots to visit. The apartment was very clean and the check in process couldn’t have been easier either. The cafe across the street was awesome for breakfast, and Sandra also provided a wonderful list of local suggestions for a variety of food and entertainment. Would definitely book again!

The property was nice and clean and in a great location walking distance from downtown Annapolis. The upstairs neighbors during our stay were pretty noisy until a little after midnight, which was fine for us, but might be an issue for anyone who calls it a night early.

Everything was great. We communicated with the owner over a few minor issues as this is a new venture. They were quick to respond and very helpful. The cafe across the street and the walking access to the great neighborhood restaurants and Annapolis downtown is perfect. Really enjoyed our stay and planning on renting next year too!
