"Aufenthalt O. K. Wohnung ist zweckdienlich eingerichtet aber auch nicht mehr. Schöner Balkon neben Baumkronen. Wellnessbereich war gut, obwohl das Dampfbad größtenteils nicht in Betrieb war. Wegen der nahen Hauptstraße war der Verkehr gut vernehmbar. Wohnung im 3. Stock und Fahrstuhl auf die letzten Tage ausgefallen. Mühselig mit dem Gepäck bei der Abreise. "Ich finde man sollte in der Beschreibung der Wohnung mitteilen das es keine Möglichkeit gibt sich nach draußen zu setzen(Balkon) und vielleicht sollte man auch noch mitteilen, dass diese sich im Dritten Stock befindet. Man musste immer 36 Stufen hoch und auch wieder runter laufen."

"I was travelling with friends who had another room but had the same experience. There was a problem with the aircon and our room temperature was 26c. I reported this to reception and the chap went to another room to remotely set the temperature for me. In the mean time he suggested opening our window until the temperature became acceptable. If there was a problem with the aircon then why weren’t we notified on checking in? And why didn’t they set the temperature beforehand to 21c instead of leaving it at 26c? My friends had a similar experience and we overheard someone else at reception having the same problem. Also, there was no water in the room. "

The advertised pool was out of order, but we got a coupon for a nearby indoor pool. Unfortunately very crowded. If you want piece and quiet, look somewhere else. "
