breakfast correct .. but not amazing . reataurant is good and quality price is still good and the rrom are spacius and cleaned
i was deceived about the airport shuttle is indicated as free
on your website ... and then i finally have to paid for it .. even whan i show the capsure of the reservation screen. i think that i will nor come back because of the feeling that tha indicated price is not what is applied

The staff was amazing. I want to specifically mention Nina and Matthieu at the reception, they were kind and helpful. We had the opportunity to talk to the owner too, he was helpful and a very nice guy. The location of the hotel resort is great: not far from the RN7 at the entry of Antsirabe. The outside design of the bungalows looked very attractive. The interior design of the bungalow where we were is nice. The outside landscape of the resort is very amazing. There is a beautiful pool there. The security guards at the resort were helpful for our luggages; the place is safe.

2 days before check in ( I stayed in the Colbert , very recommended and a lot cheaper ) I checked if the room would be ready upon ma arrival day .
Arriving in the room : empty minibar , no bottle of water in the room , no water heater to prepare tea ( was promised , like a welcome drink ).
No breakfast include .
The above is not a problem at all , but paying 105 Euro ( Hotel Colbert was 67 incl. a super breakfast and all spa facilities ).
I would not recommend this hotel without any facility apart from a modern , clean room and good bed .

very nice accommodation! With nice and friendly staff in every department. Not everyone spoke clear English but that is never a trouble! They make everything possible for smooth communication and so we used translator as well. French they do speak very good.
The food at the restaurant for lunch and dinner, top top. 100% recommended
