"1.no electricity 2.no service what so ever , we called their restaurants at least 4 times but they did not care to pickup call 3. we had order a sandwich and after 1 hpur waiter comes and inform us it cannot be made. 4. they roof of the room was dripping in rain 5. the bathtub was broken and leaking 6. bathtub was not even cleaned the water was yellow as urine"

"The Hotel is charging too high then the facility they provide. The rooms which they provide are average and should not cost more then 1.5k. But they charged me 8k for the same room. I would never reccommend to book this Hotel. It would be better to book a 5 star hotel in place of this hotel. "

The 3/4 bedroom villas are superbly done. Staff is around to help when needed but it takes a long time to respond, on some occassions we had to call front desk multiple times before we got service.
