Located on Rue Bel Air in Angoulins, this charming house sleeps 6.

Between the sea and the center of Angoulins, in a peaceful setting, come and recharge your batteries in this lovely home!

On the ground floor: an entrance hall with a small storage area, a toilet, a master bedroom (queen-size bed) with a dressing room and en-suite shower room, a fully equipped kitchen (fridge-freezer, oven, washing machine, microwave, espresso machine, etc.) and a living/dining room (flat-screen TV, DVD player, smart speaker, etc.) opening onto a terrace with garden furniture.

Upstairs, a bedroom with two single beds (one queen-size) that can be joined to make a double (1 queen-size), a study area, and another bedroom with two single beds (one queen-size) and a study area, plus a shower room with toilet.

A small garden with a lovely terrace equipped with garden furniture and a barbecue allows you to fully enjoy the outdoors.

The price includes the booking fee (€24 incl. VAT).

Wonderful Holiday

The house is excellently equipped and was very clean, was very clean and is in a quiet environment. The local rental agency was very friendly and helpful. La Rochelle is a city worth visiting and is only a few kilometers away. By bike it was about 8 km. In the neighboring town of Châtelaillon-Plage there is a very large sandy beach. We were very happy here and would come again at any time.
