  • Get ready to relax in this 2-bedroom beach house in Evans. The space features a queen bed, twin bed, bunk bed, sofa bed and cot which is perfect for families or friends. Guests can unwind in the relaxing living room just off the kitchen. The cottage offers a full bathroom along with a laundry room.

    There is an back deck for dining and grilling. A firepit is available for those nights under the stars. Beach supplies are available along with a wagon for towing to the beach.

    The cottage is is a few short steps to the shore and 30 minutes to Highmark Stadium and 45 minutes to Niagara Falls.
