Convenient to IceParc Angers
Just a short walk to the IceParc Angers, it is a convenient location for events there. The night I checked in the elevator was broken and they put me on the 6th floor. It was horrible. There was also no hot water. The next day they moved me to the second floor. It took several days for the elevator to be fixed. This was better at least for climbing stairs. The siting room light did not work. Rooms are a bit spartan but clean. Bathrooms clean. Breakfast was limited and they ran out of eggs by the time I got to breakfast most mornings. There is a grocery store a couple of blocks away, and then an area of shopping and restaurants. Once the elevator was fixed the stay was nice enough. The reception staff was very good. The area was quiet and seemed safe. Despite the problems I would return if the need to occurred.

Good location and good value.
First time staying in this part of Angers, have usually stayed on the other side of the river. The hotel apartments are slightly basic but clean and comfortable, with useful facilities (fridge / mini oven / hob etc.) and the bed/become were very comfortable. Slightly weak shower but excellent water temperature control. Location wise it's a bit of a hike from the train station, but convenient for lots of bars and restaurants. About a 15 minute walk away from the chateau / 5 from Jardin Du Plantes etc. There's an excellent supermarket just 2 mins away which was very reasonably priced and has absolutely everything you could want if you're planning on making use of the kitchen in your apartment. Downsides: the bathroom had a large boiler over the toilet which was great for the water temp bit meant that the bathroom itself was constantly unconformably warm. The room itself was also always much warmer than the ambient temperature outside and with no aircon the window didn't offer much ventilation. The hotel is located in the university district, which meant that every single night from 2am they're would be a lot of noise add the bars closed. Even on the 4th floor with the window and shutters closed this was enough to wake us up on the Wednesday and Thursday, but earplugs resolved the problem for the rest of our stay. Overall it's a decent room in a good location for a reasonable price as long as you're aware of / can live with the few minor shortcomings.

Perfect stay by center of Angers
I was pleasantly surprised to be able to park my car safely within 50 metres of the hotel entrance . Although there is great disruption by roadworks close by there was no problems at this location . The accommodation is also close to the centre of town where there are many restaurants, bars and places of interest . A good place to stay for a couple of days and I would prefer to stay there again when next in Angers !

Used apartment as stopover at end of holiday. Easy to find, safe underground parking for 6 euros. Lovely staff at welcome. Apartment was really good, very clean,large bathroom, good kitchenette, plenty of storage, bed had a mattress topper which was a godsend. Although topper was warm it was the Best nights sleep I had all holiday. Standard continental breakfast. Hotel only short walk from older part of town and castle. Would be happy to stay again.

Cheap, but...
I guess you get what you pay for. I thought I found a great deal, but really this place was in a less desirable area, the room was extremely tiny, the beds were HARD. The best part was the black-out windows. It had a tiny kitchen, but one was required to clean it for them. Plus there was no service each day.

OK for a short break
Pleasant welcome. Room very warm but unable to lower temperature, so opened window and then rather noisy. Fridge noisy so switched off so I could sleep but found a puddle of water on the floor in the morning. Shower - water only came from the centre even though I rubbed the holes to clear any limescale. Huge bed! Lots of hanging space etc and good bathroom. Difficult to get Wifi but reception were helpful. Could find no instructions on how to make a phone call out of the hotel. Not in the centre of the city but walkable and supermarket nearby.

Nice 3 star place. Bed was a bit too firm for me but that's nit picking. Parking in garage with a remote worked fine and was secure. Close to a few shops, bakeries, coffee, etc... was very nice. Site was newer and in better condition than the same property in Caen.

Quiet, selfcatering apartment
We enjoyed our stay here. It was easy walking distance to everything we needed. We arrived by car, and there was free overnight parking nearby. Levels 1 and 2 were being repainted and refloored when we stayed, so there was a slightly unpleasant smell in the corridor but the rooms were fine. Nice and warm and comfy, especially when it was -3C outside overnight! Plenty of space for 2 adults and 2 children, and well-equipped kritchen for cooking simple meals.

You must stay here if you are in Angers!
Oh wow! I booked this room with a sofa-bed for a ridiculously low price and was not expecting very much. I could not have been more wrong. I loved this room and would have loved to have stayed for longer. The mini-kitchen was so well designed and useful, including a full sized fridge. The bathroom was lovely, the bed comfortable (and did not appear to be a sofa-bed at all). The whole space was spotlessly clean and just the most amazing value for money. The underground car-park cost 6 euros per day but please spend it. The peace of mind you get of having somewhere secure for your car (we were travelling from Spain to Dieppe) was incredible. I would also recommend that you have the breakfast which looked excellent. We never have breakfast in a city centre hotel but there was nowhere around (except for the supermarket across the road - very useful) to eat. We also spent an afternoon in the lovely city of Angers, with all the best places marked on our map by the very friendly receptionist - thank you. My only gripe was that the reception was very busy. Great when we arrived on Friday lunchtime as it was well staffed. Every time we tried to get attention after this however we had to wait in a queue as only one person was on duty.

we stayed at Sejours et Affairs in Angers, France for a week. We stayed in three different rooms due to problems with the rooms. One room was noisy due to the elevator being nearby. The second room had a terrible smell. The third room was marginally acceptable but also had an unpleasant odor. Perhaps the hotel needs some plumbing maintenance. I would probably not stay in a Sejours et Affairs hotel again. Two weeks prior we had stayed in rooms at two apart-hotels run by a different company and found them much more comfortable and better maintained.

Relaxing break
Situated near the University St Serge, it is pretty quiet during the summer vacation. Close to the electric tram that runs north and south and a number of buses. It's a short walk into the centre of the town or across the bridge for a quiet b walk along the river. There's no air-conditioning if its hot but plenty of heating for the colder weather.

Perfect for families.
Booked this aparthotel because it accommodated 3 adults on a room. Was pleasantly surprised to find a fully-furnished flat which allowed us to cook our meals in the hotel. Very convenient for a small family with the big bed and pull-away sofa. The bedroom and ante room also both had television sets. I am very happy with our stay in this hotel.
