ROSE Holidays offers you this very lovely studio located in the heart of Angers. Bright, it is located on the 1st floor without a lift in a typical Angevin building. Its true asset? A magnificent private terrace overlooking the lush gardens of the library.

The accommodation consists of:

Living area with a comfortable double bed, a television and WI-FI.

Fully equipped functional kitchen: kettle, microwave, utensils, table for two and coffee maker (SENSEO).

Bathroom: modern shower, washbasin and toilet.

Private terrace: with outdoor table.



Paid parking in the surrounding streets.

Please:

Wash and put away the dishes

Empty the refrigerator

Take out the rubbish to the designated areas

Gather used linen in the entrance

In case of non-compliance, a supplement will be applied (AirCover or security deposit).



48 hours before your arrival, you will receive:

Instructions for your autonomous arrival

Your digital welcome booklet: housing operation, Wi-Fi, coffee machine, parking tips bin information
