"The staff was very friendly and helpful. Lobby, room and hallways very clean. I did not use the pool or hot tub. The only thing negative would be due to renovations the on-site restaurant and bar were closed. They did have a very limited snack/drinks for purchase and free coffee. Room rented was one room with King size bed. I would definitely stay here again. It is close to GRR airport and many restaurants and shopping options."

"What a beautiful hotel! It was a very quiet and relaxing stay in downtown Grand Rapids, MI. The pool and hot tub were a perfect enjoyable experience. I would highly recommend on your next trip. The only issue was we heard the cars and motorcycles on the road all night long due to it being in the center of tall buildings."

"We stayed for baseball! Great place suites have 2 full bathrooms ! Pool was great our kids were in a couple times very clean ! And staff was amazing ♡ will definitely stay again"

"Overall the stay was decent for the money paid. Breakfast was hit or miss as to what stock they had. We forgot toothbrushes and they didn’t have any. The pool was open but only looked cleanish and the hot tub was out of order. The rooms were clean and spacious"

"Everything was fine with the property, but being the 4th of July weekend, people were shooting heavy fireworks well into the early morning hours. we did not fall asleep until probably around 3:00am on July 5th. Otherwise, everything was fine. We would come again."
