There is ample room for everyone to enjoy meals; the breakfast bar seats up to four, six more at the dining room table, and four more at the game table. The main living area is an open concept, with plenty of room for everyone to hang out. Pick out and stream your favorite shows or movies on high-speed WiFi and smart TV. Warm your toes next to the wood-burning fireplace. Walk out of the living room onto the deck and take in the fresh mountain air. Enjoy roasting s'mores on the fire pit. The backyard is fenced-in with plenty of room to run around. The first guest bedroom has a queen-sized bed. The second bedroom has a twin bunk bed and a TV with a game console. PARKING: On-site parking for 2 to 3 vehicles
INSURANCE: Most reservations come with accidental damage insurance, should you have an accident in the home. The Trust and Safety Fee includes up to $10,000 of coverage for contents damage and up to $100,000 OR $1,000,000 coverage for property damage and bodily injury depending on the property.
SAFETY & SECURITY: For the security and safety of our property and guests, please note that we have an active exterior security camera located on the side of the house facing the garage, it covers the side deck and garage driveway. There is one by the 2nd back door that covers the backyard, as well as a Ring doorbell. These cameras monitor the exterior perimeter only. There are absolutely no cameras inside the home or in any private spaces.

All our properties are maintained by professional snow-plowmen; we make every effort to ensure the property is accessible upon arrival. However, please be prepared for extreme weather conditions. A 4WD or AWD vehicle is highly
recommended. Resort Properties of Angel Fire cannot be responsible for guests' inability to reach the booked property due to the lack of a 4WD/AWD vehicle.
