Trails End is just minutes away from the ski slopes, grocery store, Country Club and Golf Course. It has two stories of windows that look to the east to catch the beautiful sunrise and the mountains peeking over the tree tops. This three-level home has an entry and garage on the bottom level. When you enter the house there is a small welcome area with a bench to take off boots and a place to hang coats or ski clothes. It has a queen sleeper sofa and a 3/4 bathroom with a shower. There is also a Smart TV which would be a great area for the kids. A full-size washer/dryer is located on this level. The main level has two bedrooms and a full bathroom with a tub/shower. One bedroom has a king-size bed and the other has a queen bed. There is a large kitchen, dining, and living area with an open floor plan. The east wall is two stories of windows allowing plenty of natural light and gorgeous views available from all three rooms. A gas fireplace and smart TV makes this spacious area great for entertainment and relaxation. Off of the dining/living area there is a deck that spans across the front of the house and around to the south side. It has a large patio 2 different tables seating four at each. There is a new gas grill for cooking out in the evenings. Its a great place to start or end your day! Off of the living area there is a sun room with a quaint garden table that seats four. It has windows around three sides with a great view of the surrounding area. It also has a door leading out to the deck. It’s set up as a game area, There is a variety of children and adult games, some in the credenza under stairs leading up to top floor. The spacious master bedroom is an open loft that over looks the living area and has a king size bed. It has an en-suite full-size bathroom, small walk-in closet, and its own deck.
