Your reservation includes four one-bedroom + bunk room cabins and four two-bedroom cabins, all beautifully remodeled and thoughtfully appointed.

Each features a private king bedroom with a premium Sleep Number mattress and heated mattress pad, plus a separate bunk room with two twin beds.

One of the most special things about Aspen Springs is that you don't have to leave the property to enjoy the mountains.

Deer wander through the grounds daily, sometimes grazing or resting near the cabins. Wild turkeys frequently visit, and the surrounding forest offers opportunities for birdwatching and observing other mountain wildlife.

**Spring & Summer:** Enjoy coffee on your porch, relax in a hammock beneath towering trees, explore the grounds, gather around outdoor propane grills, or enjoy yard games and fresh mountain air.

**Fall:** Golden aspens, crisp mountain air, and spectacular foliage create a beautiful setting for your group getaway.

**Winter:** Aspen Springs transforms into a snowy mountain wonderland. Enjoy snow play, build snowmen, and take advantage of our on-site sledding hill with complimentary sleds.

One of the biggest advantages of bringing a large group to Aspen Springs is having a welcoming gathering space beyond your individual cabins.

The Cave, our approximately 1,000-square-foot recreation and gathering lounge, features four dining tables with seating for up to 24 guests during regular operations.

**GROUP DINING MADE EASY**

Prepare meals in your eight fully equipped cabin kitchens, then gather at The Cave to enjoy dinner together. It's also a wonderful spot for takeout meals, catered food, morning coffee, family conversations, and group activities.

For added convenience, our complimentary DIY Catering Kit is available by request, including chafing dishes, serving utensils, coffee carafes, and beverage coolers.

The Cave makes it easy to enjoy shared meals without everyone having to crowd into a single cabin.

**IMPORTANT GROUP DINING DETAILS**

The Cave's standard dining capacity is 24 seated guests. Since this reservation accommodates up to 40 guests, larger groups will need to divide meals between dining areas or times.

The Cave is shared with all registered Aspen Springs guests and open daily from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. Tables and gathering areas are not reserved exclusively for your group.

Exclusive use of The Cave is available only with a full-property reservation.

**IMPORTANT DETAILS**

**Winter Access:** FOUR of the eight cabins require a 4-wheel-drive vehicle November through April. The other four do not have a mandatory 4WD requirement. Winter mountain roads can be snowy or icy, so appropriate winter driving equipment and precautions are recommended for all guests.

**Occupancy:** Eight cabins sleep 32 guests in beds, with eight optional air mattresses accommodating up to 40 overnight guests.

**Bathrooms:** Eight full bathrooms, including four walk-in showers and four bathtub/shower combinations.

**Shared Amenities:** The Cave, fire pit, sledding hill, hammocks, BBQ grills, and recreational areas are shared with other registered guests. This reservation does not include exclusive use of the property's common facilities.

**Property Reservation:** Your reservation includes eight of the ten Aspen Springs cabins. The remaining two cabins are not included and may be occupied by other guests.
