They were wonderful to work with. The condo was clean and we felt at home. It was close to the ski lifts and had plenty of parking. I messaged the owner a few times and finally got a response. The instructions that were given to me were not correct, so it took me a few text messages with the owner to figure it out. The rental property was completely dirty. I had to clean the entire place after spending all day on the road. Most of the dishes, utensils, pots, and pans were dirty as well. So, after cleaning the rest of the property, I had to clean all the dishes we were going to use. All the sheets, bedding, and towels were freshly washed. I tried to let the owner know that they should rethink the cleaning service because if it were my property, I would want to know if they were cleaning good or not but I never got a response from the owner. The rental property is a great location for skiing and shopping.
