Yes, you ARE in the "LAND OF ENCHANTMENT when staying in this condo with it's beautiful view of nature from a "panoramic patio"! You will find easy accessibility to skiing, cycling, hiking, water sports, golfing, tennis and numerous shops and restaurants. The kitchen is fully equipped with all new appliances and there is new carpet/tile throughout. Several new beds will comfortably accommodate 10 quests in 2 Private Bedrooms, a Loft Area, a Twin Roll Away Bed in the Lower Level and a Sofa Bed in the LR, as well as, enough space throughout for sleeping bags if needed. There is a PRIVATE 1 CAR GARAGE with ample room for safe storage of bicycles and other sporting gear. On the Lowest Level, there is a STEAM SAUNA ROOM! There are 3 FULL Bathrooms/Showers located by the MBR, the Kitchen Level between the Loft and LR, and by the Lower Level BR. A WOOD BURNING FIREPLACE holds a "soothing" spot in the LR. There are 4 new large TVs with Wifi/DVD/Cable. For large parties (at least 20 people), look at renting both this condo and it's identical partner ( within close proximity in the same complex). A GREAT BARGAIN per person!! Why cram into a smaller place when you can enjoy one another in more comfort?? The shuttle would not drop off at the road for the condo. You would still have to walk a good ways uphill to get there. We just had one of us go drop everyone off and go back to pick them up. There are LOTS of stairs to get to and from the slopes. We did it several times. The condo was great. Lots of stairs and we had to barricade for the one year old but we made it work. Plenty of room, nice beds, comfortable and the host was very gracious and helpful. Unfortunately, Angel Fire didn’t have a lot of snow but we still had a good time. The only issue we encountered, which was of no fault to the host, the previous renters apparently brought a dog into the condo without permission. My husband was extremely allergic and he was sick the entire week because of it and didn’t get to ski as much with our kids. We even tried vacuuming the couches to get the hair and dander out. So, if you are renting, please adhere to the rules!! As I said, the host had no idea about the dog until we found evidence it had been there. I would recommend this place to anyone as long as you are in good shape and willing to climb stairs. My three year old granddaughter loved it! ##### Rhonda R. Plenty of sleeping room. We appreciated the kitchen, garage, washer/dryer, water pressure, plenty of towels. It’s walkable to the slopes - but lots of stairs and an uphill return home, so we either drove our equipment, or used the lockers at the base. The decorator in me would love to update the place, but we’ve found that’s typical for Angel Fire, and the place is comfortable. The owner was super communicative and helpful! There were 7 of us who stayed - aged 5, 15, 18, and 4 adults. This property was perfect! The different floors in the condo made it so we could space out and have privacy, but the living areas were large enough to accommodate us hanging out together. Property is exactly as described; and it is clean and has everything you need. The sauna was a hit with the skiers. This condo would be a challenge for anybody with mobility issues, as there are lots of steps (and 6 different levels). The walk to/from the skiing area is strenuous if you're in ski gear, but it is doable. The teenagers had no trouble with it; the adults struggled a little (had to take it slow and catch our breath - the altitude is real!). But the location is fantastic, the condo is wonderful, and we would definitely stay here again! ##### Andrea G. We really enjoyed our stay!!! The condo is in the perfect location! You can walk to the lifts if you have good cardio endurance as there are a lot of stairs to get down there. We chose to do the quick drive down to the lifts everyday. The garage was nice to have to store all of our stuff and gear everyday. The condo was very clean and well stocked with everything. Comfortable linens and nice furniture! . The master king bed wasn’t comfortable to us but the queen bed in that room was better. The sauna was a fun touch and a nice place to warm up at the end of the day. Lots of stairs/levels to the condo so keep that in mind if mobility is an issue. It wasn’t a problem for us and it worked out our sore muscles from skiing. We enjoyed eating at the condo every night and playing cards. Beautiful views out the balcony!! Condo was warm, clean, easy to find with good instructions from owner. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook breakfast each morning. Everything was in perfect operating condition. The beds are new, the bathrooms clean, and the kitchen well stocked. Nice garage to store mtn bikes or even a car. Very comfortable and easily accommodated all of our needs for beds, hanging out and cooking! So great to be close to the bike park lifts that we could just ride down and be going! Plus, having a garage is a great asset so we could keep all our bicycles and gear in there. And, the owner - Patty - is so great to deal with.
