This updated two-bedroom plus loft, two-and-a-half-bathroom condo that comfortably sleeps eight is ideally located within walking distance of the Chile Express ski lift. This condo is perfect for your mountain getaway. On the first level, you'll find convenient access to the garage, which includes a stacked washer/dryer and ample storage for skis and snowboards. The second level features two bedrooms. The main bedroom includes a queen bed, a flat-screen smart TV, and an en-suite bath with a shower/tub combo. The second bedroom has a king bed, and the second bath on this level offers a walk-in shower. The fully equipped kitchen includes full-size appliances, including a dishwasher, and opens into the spacious dining area, which seats eight. The cozy living area boasts a wood-burning fireplace, a flat-screen TV with a DVD player, and access to the outdoor balcony—perfect for taking in the fresh mountain air. A convenient half-bath is also located near the kitchen. The third level features a loft area with two twin/twin bunk beds, ideal for additional sleeping space.
The Lifts F2 is one of six units within The Lifts condo complex, all managed by Angel Fire Resort Vacation Rentals. These units are within walking distance of each other and the ski area, with F2 located directly across from unit E3 and E9.

Central Heating. OUTDOOR LIVING: Front Deck on Third Level. GENERAL: WiFi, linens/towels, hair dryers, and hangers are included as well as a kitchen pack and soap, shampoo, and conditioner. LOCATION: Lift F2 is about a 4 minute walk downhill to the Ski Lodge. To the Country Club is about 2.7 Miles away (7 Minute Drive). PARKING: Outside Parking Lot in the Front. POOL AND FITNESS: The indoor pool and fitness center at the Angel Fire Country Club are available for a daily/weekly/monthly fee.
The indoor pool, hot tub, and fitness center at the Lodge at Angel Fire Resort is not available for public use.
WHAT TO KNOW: This property is managed by Angel Fire Resort Vacation Rentals, 10 Miller Lane, Angel Fire, NM. Check-in is available after 4 p.m. at the front desk of the Lodge at Angel Fire Resort. Please return keys/fobs to the front desk by 10 a.m. for check-out. Because Angel Fire does not have residential trash pickup, trash must be taken to the Recycling Center by guests. There is a map to the Recycling Center in your guestbook. Please do not leave any trash outside as the wildlife will open the bags. We offer a Trash Removal option for your reservation; for a $100.00 fee, we will remove all bagged trash from the property after your check-out. If trash is left in the property, a $300.00 Trash Removal Penalty will be charged to your reservation. Smoking is not permitted on our properties. Dogs are ONLY allowed in designated dog-friendly homes. 4WD or AWD vehicles are required for our homes during the winter months (November-March). It is not required to access the condos in the village, but if you are not used to winter driving, please be prepared for difficult driving conditions and use caution.

This property is conveniently located very near the chair lifts. It is in walking distance but be aware that most of the walk will be uphill at the end of the ski day. The sleeping arrangements were perfect for the 8 of us....2 adult couples + 4 tweens/teens...so the two bedrooms + loft with bunkbeds were great! Kitchen, living space, and bathrooms have recently been updated. The rest of the condo is due for an update next, especially the beds which were not very comfortable.
