### La Petite Poule Rousse - Maison avec piscine

We offer, in Anduze, this charming air-conditioned house with swimming pool, of a surface of 52 m ² and being able to accomodate until 2 travellers. It is composed of a nice living room of 30 m², an equipped kitchen, a nice bedroom, a bathroom and you can enjoy a garden of about 50 m².   
  
The accommodation is composed as follows :  
  
On the ground floor :  
\- A living room of 30 m² with TV  
\- A kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates, coffee machine with filter...  
\- Separate WC  
  
On the 1st floor  
\- A bedroom with 1 queen-size bed (160×200)  
\- A shower room with WC  
  
Exterior:  
\- A secured collective swimming pool, open from mid-June to mid-September (not heated)  
\- A beautiful garden of 50 m² with furniture to enjoy the beautiful days  
  
The house is ideally located in Anduze, in a very pleasant environment. You will be able to benefit from the proximity of all essential shops but also boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...  
  
Transportation :  
If you choose to come by car, you will be able to park directly in the secure and numbered outdoor parking lot in front of the house.  
  
As for other means of transportation, here is some information that may be useful to you :  
\- Nearest train station: Ales train and bus station at 17.8 km (about 25 minutes by car)  
\- Nearest airport: Nîmes airport at 60.2 km (about 55 minutes)
