Beautiful rural house located next to the Natural Park of the Sierra de Andújar. It is located on a plot of 5,000 m² and consists of two floors with 6 bedrooms, one of them with bathroom included, 3 bathrooms, a living room of 50 m² on the ground floor and another on the top floor, large kitchen open to the dining room , go upstairs and pantry. There are three bedrooms with 135 beds and another three with two 105 beds. In the bedrooms there is radiator heating and in each living room there is a fireplace. Outside we can find a landscaped garden and then a large sunny pool and next to it an oak that provides a fantastic area of shade. The house has wifi and tv. Being located next to the Natural Park there are numerous routes for hiking and mountain biking. On the other hand, in 15 minutes we can reach Andújar and in a radius of 1 hour by car you can visit the cities of Jaén, Córdoba, Baeza and Úbeda. Rural House registered in the Tourism Registry of Andalusia with the number CR / JA / 00352.
