Hilton Garden Inn Bogota Airport
8/10 Good
"Everything at the hotel was great, the only thing we wanted to point out is that the room looked like it was never vacuum because there were 2 toilet papers wrapped near the curtains and 1 hair holder behind the door and it was never removed from the placed there were. also, the sheets as well, we marked them on the 2nd day, and they never replaced the sheets or pillowcases. not to get anyone in trouble but the hotel should also provide more towels and accessories as hair cover for showering, etc. the air conditioning did not stop or was able to adjust to turn on and off, so we had to leave off when it was too cold and turned back on when it was too hot."

"I was here on a solo trip for the last few days of my trip for my birthday. One of the hotel staff brought me a cake greeting me happy birthday on the day of and I was very greatful for it. The room was cleaned and replaced with towels daily. The bellhop staff were very helpful with briging my luggage to my room and also loading up my uber with my luagges. Staff overall was very friendly and welcoming."
