Breakfast was good, staff was all super helpful (cafe staff were very soft spoken and hard to hear, but overall very friendly). Had to add nights to my stay and front desk staff was helpful and made the process easy so we didn’t have to change rooms.

Hotel was really nice. Great staff, restaurants and cleanliness. My only complaint was the ice could only be gotten at the front desk. It was very inconvenient.other than that it was A+

"Clerk at check in was a grump. First automatic entry do was in a state of needing repair. Odd front desk location, no line of sight to greet guests. Requested some minor service which wasn’t handled well. Coffee pod restock (no decaf). No coffee cups. Kleenex box was empty. Towels and soap removed. ..."
