We were to have a smoke free room as soon as we walked in we were engulfed in smoke smell. Burn marks all over fridge, microwave, tub. No fire alarm stained shades, and vent in bathroom falling off. Very disappointed!!!!! Do not recommend !

I did not like the fact you could not park outside your room. There was grass instead of a parking lot. The bed was hard as a brick. The tub at cigrette burns on it. There was not enough water pressure in the shower to get the shampp out of your hair. There was black stuff on the floor when you walked in the room. The maid just threw the covers over the bed. She did not change them while we were there for 3 days.

They were working on some things at the property. Not sure what. The outside area that we were on looked clean. The only thing i didnt like was you could not park in front of your room. You had to park up front and then walk to your room.

The gentleman who checked me in was extremely nice. This is probably the best red roof I’ve stayed in. Rooms were clean and surprisingly had no odor. I stayed at a different property a few weeks ago, and they really had me 2nd guessing if I should book with this property. Overall tonight’s experience reset my opinion on Red Roof. I am high satisfied with my choice in stay tonight.

I didn't like the fact that the bedding smelled of cigarettes may me think they were not charged from the last person who was a smoker and the shower was hard to turn on and off and no towel rack or hooks to hang stuff on and dirty looking towels where someone used to wipe up something dirty and when washed didn't come clean and bedding had all kinds of stains on them I enjoyed my stay

We were in town for a collegiate event. Our arrival was delayed and the manager was very accommodating in checking us in at 3am. That was much appreciated. The hotel is undergoing improvement including new stairs and wood railing along upstairs rooms. Work was done during the late morning and early afternoon so as to be respectful to the people staying. The area felt safe and there were many restaurant options in the immediate vicinity.

First room- terrifying. Household trash cans outside. Pet bowls outside. Appears to be many “residents “ here. Ok fine, it’s the times we live in. Room was disgusting. Floor was so worn down it was black in areas. Ceiling had black stains, white powder on floor. Hole in wall w framing around it hanging down. Lot empty asked for another room, was told one left on upstairs. Stairs looked like one set was replaced. The other set is dangerous. Handrails on second floor being replaced. Sections with only 2 1x4s and a screw- major safety issue. Room only barely acceptable. Can tell owner doesn’t invest profits in repairs. Tub leaking constantly. Bathroom “clean” but tons of old dirt in corners-gross. If traveling with pets, this is unfortunately the best of the couple options in town. Parking lot well lit. If you don’t need pet friendly room, go elsewhere. This place is a last resort.

Very pleased after my stay!
I’m a little surprised by some of the criticism of this property. Maybe I got lucky but room 109 was great! The guy at the front desk was super cool. The bed was probably the best bed I’ve ever had at any hotel. Everything was clean, quiet and convenient. It’s not a fancy luxury hotel but for hotels at this price point it was fantastic.
