We loved staying at the Airbnb . The host were great to make sure we had everything we needed . The kitchen was stocked with snacks and some drinks , that was an added bonus . We even took some time to put our legs in the hot tub . Thanks again for a great stay .
We stayed here while we were road tripping and camping around Alaska. It was a comfy place to stay and a unique location. Explored around the property with our pup. Had everything we needed and hosts did an amazing job at making us feel welcome and providing lots of little extras. Thanks!

Clean but in need of some work
Dated and had multiple plumbing issues which the owner was working on while we were there. Had everything we needed and was very clean.
We had a great time. The owner was very gracious. Checked on us several times. Left emergency numbers just in case. It was definitely "living in Alaska". Would definitely stay here again. Thanks for everything.
Wonderful, quirky house! It is an airplane hangar that has a new life as a house...very well designed with all amenities. Bathroom has jacuzzi tub, washer, dryer, and plenty of space. Hot tub in bedroom. Large living room with plenty of seating space. Board games available. Plenty of room in kitchen and dining area. Outdoor fire pit with chairs. Barbecue grill. Great place to relax
.fairly close to Denali and Fairbanks. Bring your own groceries and snacks.
We had a great stay. The property is quaint, clean, and comfortable. Our 2 year old LOVED the hot tub and we were able to see the lights finally. We built tunnels in the snow and just explored the area. It was the perfect place for a small, quiet getaway.
Check-in and -out was easy. Finding the home was a little tricky. Make sure to read Mary's instructions to drive to the home. There's a white sign on a tree with the house address for easy identification.
The home was clean and spacious. It was also heated upon arrival. We appreciate the frozen food that was provided. All the essentials were available for use as well. I appreciate the jackets that was there. It snowed nonstop for two days! I did not expect that! I had to borrow a parka for the day. The hot tub was broken but we still enjoyed the jetted tub. I also appreciate the huge bathroom with the table for ironing/steaming my wedding dress.
Lastly and by far the most important, Mary's communication and availability was phenomenal!!! She was helpful with giving us tips on how to drive in fresh snow when we received several inches of snow over night. She even offered to drive to Fairbanks to get us snow chains. She also came over to give our car a jump when the battery died due to the cold! Mary is so sweet and has a beautiful soul.
We stayed here for a couple of nights on our visit to Denali. There was plenty of room for our family of 6 to spread out and cook meals. We felt like we were at an authentic Alaskan backwoods retreat.

Unique
Very nice host! Place with history. Kinda eccentric. Clean but not overly organized and stocked.
This home is a converted airplane hanger which makes for a unique layout with lots of space. Hot tub was awesome after a long cold day hiking in the park and the kitchen had everything we needed! Owners were lovely and put together a cute welcome binder with things to do in the area and places to eat. Lots of space outside to play with our dogs which was also nice. Bed was comfy, TV options were great. We would definitely stay again next time we visit the park!
What a wonderful experience! The hosts made sure we were comfortable and I feel they went above and beyond making their home comfortable for guests. Perfect for families or even those who simply prefer a homey feel. Surprisingly spacious with a fairly open concept. Our large group loved this place and will likely stay again in the future!
Good place to stay within driving distance of Fairbanks and Denali.
This place is a good space to stay when out "in the middle of nowhere" to see this amazing area of Alaska. We visited Denali and Fairbanks while here. Everything you needed was provided, literally! Even had extra touches of snacks and pizza! The house itself was uniquely built, but had space for relaxing on the couch, comfortable bed, & great tv options when you are ready to chill out at your home base!
Following a last minute whim to get my kids up to Denali to see some fall color - found this place and could not have asked for a better setting. Extremely peaceful, beautiful location. House was clean, comfortable and Alaskan. Plenty of room for the five of us. Communication with the hosts was great. And the steak at the Clear Lodge bar & grill was excellent also.
This place is just the get away I needed to rest and relax! Getting to drive through Denali to this place was an amazing experience, will definitely rent again! 0 recommended
