Delivered to your front door by the Savannah River National Scenic Highway (HWY 187) this peaceful and park like setting will melt tensions away as you enjoy the quiet, privacy, and views of this recently updated lakefront condo. Located on the clean clear big water of Lake Hartwell it is a place where deer, turkey, fox, beaver, raccoon, squirrels, geese, ducks, osprey, loons, crane, and gulls, share the tranquility. Sitting in a large protected cove near Hartwell Dam your condo is the perfect launching ground to the 55,000 acre playground in your back yard. Away from boat traffic it is ideal for fishing, swimming, boating, and water sports of every kind. There are 3 courtesy docks available for overnight boat tie up; the closest is 100 yards away and within eyesight of the condo. This relatively unknown little paradise on Lake Hartwell is protected too. Immediately adjoining is Sadlers Creek State Park. This 400 acre peninsula acts as a nature and wildlife preserve while offering a launch ramp, docks, camping, biking, walking trails, and some private sandy beaches if you explore! No horns, sirens, passing trucks, or traffic noises and no constant buzzzzz of Jet ski’s all day. A fantastic and affordable getaway for singles, couples, or a small family and it is ONLY: 8 minutes to Bi-Lo or Food Lion 10 minutes to Anderson SC 10 minutes to Hartwell GA. 25 minutes to Clemson All things considered this is one of the best values you will find on the lake! \-Lake Hartwell is a 55,000 acre impoundment with 980 miles of shoreline. Great for sailing, boating, fishing, or just plain relaxing and gazing over the tranquil waters. \-In February 2008, in February 2015, and again in March 2018, Lake Hartwell was the site of the $1,200,000 B.A.S.S. BASSMASTER’s CLASSIC known as the “super bowl” of Bass Fishing tournaments. \-Striper/Hybrid fishing is excellent and has caused quite a stir at Lake Hartwell. It can be very exciting when large schools begin to feed on the surface. Having friends that live in the community, we come to Lake Hartwell a lot. And our stay here was one of the best even with the effects of Hurricane Helene. We didn't have internet, but who needed it. We had the lake and a boat and perfect weather! The place was wonderfully maintained, and our families had so much fun celebrating our daughter's 3rd birthday. We have a daughter and son-in-law that live 2 miles away. We usually visit a couple of times a year. We were bringing our 3 year old grandson to visit his aunt and uncle and decided to check out VRBO. I am so happy that we found your place! From now on, we will check for availability in your unit first. We enjoyed fishing, kayaking, cooking out, and just relaxing and being together! The screened in porch was very nice. Not all of the villas have that, and that is a plus! My grandson woke up one morning, looked around and said “Oh good we’re still here! Mimi we are still here!” He had the time of his life, even catching his first catfish that nearly pulled him in. He has caught lots of bass and blue gills, but that was his first catfish! Next time I hope to bring our boat along! In our building there were 4 units. Ours seemed to be the only one occupied. We never heard or saw anyone else. The pool was also nice! I will say that I am very picky when it comes to cleanliness and with the exception of a stray ramen noodle I found in a corner and a load of towels forgotten in the wash, (something we have all done before! lol), this place was extremely clean! I simply rewashed the towels, and threw away the noodle! If that is the worst thing I find in a rental I’m extremely pleased! Please don’t hesitate, book the unit! We had everything we needed, included a thoughtful welcome basket filled with essentials travelers sometimes forget! ##### Tim W. We LOVED staying in this condo on the lake. The park is nice and quiet, the pool is fun for the kids and the lake is beautiful and clean.
