I paid about $500 for a suite, which I somehow assumed would have a bath and balcony. No bath. No balcony. What a waste of money! We're supposed to be staying on our way back too. Not sure how to make that less of a disaster. They shouldn't even have "suites" if they don't come with a bath and a balcony. And the decor could best be described as bland. I'm currently staying at a Holiday Inn Express and I kid you not, the decor is better. And then there's "The Clubhouse" which you get with a suite. Comes with pretty good sugar cookies, granola bars, a few sodas, and coffee or tea. How "luxurious" LOL. And the breakfast also left something to be desired. They need a whole lot more fresh fruit. More variety of snack options. More choices for breakfast. All in all everything was just very sad and lacking. I feel like I was duped into paying a whole bunch of money for something that was sub par. May have to change return reservations.
