Face à la plage. Un terrain de pétanque se situe entre la maison et la plage. Chaque jour sans exception de 14h30 à 18h30 des tournois ont lieu : c'est donc animé et surtout juste devant la maison, avec les boulistes qui ont vue sur la terasse.Le portail électrique ne fonctionnait pas.Le centre ville d'Andernos est plutôt loin : il faut des velos pour se déplacer aisément. À pied il faut au moins 40 minutes et bien plus pour aller au porc ostréicole.La maison est globalement propre, bien équipée et la literie est bonne. Mais les extérieurs ne sont pas du tout entretenus (jardins, volets, ...). La piscine est indispensable sur Andernos : l'effet des marées dans le bassin rend la baignade possible que quelques heures avec peu de profondeur.Globalement, Andernos est une ville à taille humaine, pas trop touristique et calme. La maison est sympa et l'annonce correspond à la réalité. Les chambres sont grandes et agréables.L'agence qui gère la maison est réactive. Mais je m'attendais à un meilleur entretien général de la maison au regard du coût et des prestations un peu plus qualitatives. ##### Audrey A. De plus, il y a une place de parking (contrairement à l'annonce). J'y retournerai sans aucun problème, je recommande. Un bémol : pas vraiment d'accueil ou d'explication à notre arrivée, pas de "classeur" ou "fiche" avec les explications de la maison. Nous avons dû nous-même chercher le code du wifi, trouver comment allumer la TV, etc. Pas d'explication quant à l'entretien de la piscine, des piscinistes ainsi que le propriétaire ont dû passer et nous ont expliqué l'entretien quotidien nécessaire à son bon fonctionnement. L'équipe de la conciergerie est cependant très sympathique et à l'écoute.
