A pet accepted at no extra charge. It is a semi-detached house of 60 m2 with a private enclosed garden at the front (150 m2) and a patio at the back (35 m2). Complete garden furniture. A bedroom with king size bed 180X200 firm and new bedding with independent sleeping arrangements A TV lounge (40’ TNT satellite and connected) with office space (wifi internet) A second lounge with access to the patio An equipped kitchen (complete small appliances, 2-burner ceramic hob, microwave and mini oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washing machine) A bathroom with Italian shower and a separate toilet Free public parking 50 meters away (Broustic, JM Despagne) Except July and August: minimum 5-day rental, 24-hour reception with key box. linen rental included, end of stay cleaning done by tenants.
